Singer Justin Timberlake was arrested on Monday night, charged with driving while intoxicated or impaired in Long Island, New York, according to Timberlake was set to be brought before a court on at least one driving while intoxicated charge on Tuesday morning, a court spokesperson told The singer was arrested while he was in Sag Harbor, part of the Hamptons, which has luxury housing for wealthy New York residents.
