State prosecutor George Baloyi says the state will be calling on several witnesses during the Senzo Meyiwa trial.
He says these include witnesses who were at the house on the night Meyiwa was killed, neighbours, forensic specialists as well as people the accused might have spoken to.Mokgoatlheng takes over from Judge Tshifhiwa Maumela.
Maumela was suspended following allegations he failed to deliver judgments within allocated time frames.
