Haart is launching a website called Ahm Nation to help fight antisemitism, she told Page Six.
Haart is launching a new site to help combat antisemitism, and create a safe space for those supporting Israel, she said.Star of the the Netflix hit “My Unorthodox Life” Julia Haart has devised a plan to help give support to those standing up against antisemitism online.
“It’s for those people who are getting attacked and vilified because they are Jewish, or supporting Jewish people, or saying antisemitism is wrong,” Haart told Page Six.The Jewish star — who has also been outspoken about her support for Israel — tells Page Six she has received hateful messages, including death threats and threats of physical violence online.
“A friend said she posted that antisemitism is bad, and people called her ‘pro genocide.’ All she posted was that antisemitism is not OK. This makes it cool to not be OK with antisemitism,” said Haart. “We want everyone to know they have power,” she told us. “By following someone fighting antisemitism, you are fighting antisemitism.” The reality star spoke at a private keynote session ahead of the ADL’s “Never Again is Now” conference.“AHM Nation mobilizes volunteers and turns them into heroes to fight antisemitism and support Israel through social media,” says the site.
