The 21-year-old is facing a litany of charges including rape and murder where he has pleaded guilty to the latter.
JOHANNESBURG - Judgment in the case of alleged sex worker serial killer Sifiso Mkhwanazi is expected to be handed down on Wednesday at the Johannesburg High Court sitting in Palm Ridge.
The gruesome murder spree that spanned over six months saw six sex workers losing their lives, allegedly at Mkhwanazi's hands. - the victims' bodies were planted meticulously at different locations within his father's panel-beating business in the Joburg CBD.and then sexually assaulted them. However, the accused's legal counsel refuted the claims as the reason for the murders before the court.
High court judge Cassem Caleeb - who has exhibited a firm approach towards the matter - will hand down his judgement on Wednesday.
