A San Diego federal judge has ruled in favor of unsealing videos and other evidence related to the death of an inmate at the Las Colinas jail. The inmate, Elisa Serna, died shortly after collapsing in her cell, five days after being booked into the jail. The videos show the final days of her life and were played in open court during a criminal trial for a doctor and nurse charged with involuntary manslaughter.
