Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle were back to present Friday's This Morning and during one segment they chatted with Gyles Brandreth and Tom Swarbrick
Josie Gibson brought This Morning to a brief halt on Friday to announce a "big story" to the audience. In the midst of the Morning Views segment, Josie and her fellow presenter Craig Doyle were discussing the day's top news stories with guests Gyles Brandreth and Tom Swarbrick.
With a suspenseful drum roll in the background, Josie disclosed: "It's Turkish Delight. My nan would be turning in her grave if she knew this." He then critiqued the controversial sweet treat: "The reason is, the chocolate coating on the outside is fine, but when you get inside it is like a pink, raw, wobbly sausage."
As the ITV presenter discussed the "tragic" events, he took a moment to share some "good news". He revealed that two children injured in the knife attack had now been discharged from Alder Hey Children's Hospital.
