A Place in the Sun presenter Jonnie Irwin has provided fans with an update on his terminal cancer, as he undergoes a new treatment for the disease.
Jonnie has revealed that he is now using a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, which is used to help the user's lungs gather more oxygen, and allows them to breathe easier. He wrote on social media: I can’t tell you how happy I am with the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber lent to me by @o2worx. Fans headed to Jonnie's comments section, noting that he looked "much better". One fan wrote: "I’ve noticed a definite difference in you lately you actually look so well."Jonnie returned to television back in September, as he hosted a new episode of Escape to the Country on BBC One. He also took to social media to share the news, as he revealed he'd be back to help people find their dream home in this popular series.
