When Jon and Kate split in 2009, Kate got primary custody of the kids — but things were tough for Collin while living under his mom's roof.In 2016, when Collin was just 12, Kate revealed he had been enrolled in a live-in learning facility — a"special school for special needs kids with behavioral problems."While she didn't really give any further information at the time, Collin has since spoken out, admitting he was unhappy at the school.
