"On March 8, 2015, after learning of the existence of a post-nuptial agreement, Amber Heard committed one of her countless violent attacks against Johnny Depp," his lawyer, Adam Waldman, said in an emailed statement to USA TODAY on Friday. However, Waldman said Depp was the victim of Heard's"abuse hoaxes" and"serial vicious acts," adding that Depp has dozens of witness to corroborate his claims.
