The one-bedroom apartment is located inside the historic Eastern Columbia Building, where Depp once owned five penthouses.
In a six-week court case in April and May this year, Depp sued his ex-wife for defamation, and Heard counter-sued. Depp was awarded $15 million in compensatory and punitive damages, while Heard won one of her three counter-claims and received $2 million in damages.
