She also sported a variety of diamond and chain bracelets on her arms in addition to a few dazzling statement rings.Finally, the Blonde Ambition alum finished off her look with a glossy pink lip., she also brought along her eldest child, Maxwell, to the PetSafe Fun in the Sun event in Los Angeles.In a conversation with the publication, she shared: 'Maxwell is a dog person, so we wanted to bring Penny here to see if she would socialize.
