Jesse Tyler Ferguson revealed big news that a Modern Family spin-off script focusing on the characters of Mitch and Cameron has been written, but hasn't been pursued by the network.
'The script's out there and it's very good,' the actor stated. 'So, you know, who knows? If someone wants to produce it, maybe.', the Modern Family alum talked about how there were 'discussions' about the spin-off, but that the network chose to not go forward.
It appears for a spin-off to officially be in the works, someone needs to pick up the script and produce it. The actor won his very first Tony Award at the 2022 Tony Awards which was held on Sunday in New York City.He gave a very heartwarming and inspiring acceptance speech when he received the award., the star used to work at a gift shop near the theater that Take Me Out is playing at.
