It was announced on Thursday that Jenas' BBC contract had been terminated by the corporation with immediate effect.' with the circumstances behind his dismissal. He also declined to answer several questions and vowed to consult his lawyers.He said that the messages were consensual and that he did not send any sexual pictures or videos.
After apologising to the women and his family, and confirmed he had booked into therapy to solve issues including 'self-sabotage' and 'a self-destructive streak'.Jenas then went on to admit that his wife, Ellie, has been 'raging' since he informed her of the circumstances behind his sacking.And he opened up on the impact the situation has had on his family - including a surprising mention about his dog.
"I've let everyone down. When you've got kids, man. Even my dog looked at me disappointed. But with the kids, I think this is where I'm hoping the help will go a long way for me."There are certain moments where I'm doing certain things where it's just a complete, almost like a blackout of what I'm doing, and I can't be behaving like that.
