'Let's Run There': Jeremy Renner runs again in Brooks campaign. The 'Avengers' star is seen sharing intimate parts of his journey as he headlines Brooks' first global campaign in a quarter of a century.
Jeremy Renner was seen enjoying a run while appearing in the latest campaign for Brooks Running which took place in Seattle, Washington.
He donned a pair of black jogging pants as well as a fitted, dark blue jacket that was zipped up at the front. In a video that accompanied the campaign, Jeremy opened up about his partnership with Brooks while also reflecting on the near-fatal accident. He later gave a motivational message and said, 'Anytime people get scared or they feel vulnerable or they might fail, what's the worst that can happen? Fail? Well, that's the greatest thing that can happen.'Jeremy revealed, 'You know, I'm still worried about these bolts and screws coming out because I learned that they can come undone, right? Terrifying...But I don't care anymore. I just don't care, let them come out.
He then explained that Brooks Running sent him shoes and recalled the company labeling his story and recovery as 'inspirational' And while also recently talking to People to discuss his partnership with Brooks Running, Jeremy gave an update on his health. Shortly after the accident, he recalled overhearing his physical therapist saying the recovery process would be 'forever.'
'I'm proud that I'm walking, I'm proud that my family's thriving and I'm proud that we've taken something that could be perceived as tragic or an accident and turned it into something, turned it into a superpower...' 'It helped me get a positive perspective on my joints. There was a lot of cushioning in these dang shoes, and it did really help!'
The star has been enjoying a press tour ahead of the premiere, and during a recent appearance on Good Morning America, he admitted that he had felt 'a little dicey' about initially returning to the series. Host George Stephanopoulos then asked Jeremy if it was 'stamina or strength' and the actor replied with, 'It's both.'
