Clarkson's Farm star Lisa Hogan has revealed that she was prepared to 'take one for the team' after breaking council rules around produce in the Diddly Squat shop
The new series of Clarkson's Farm arrives on Amazon Prime Video next week, dropping in on Jeremy Clarkson and the rest of his farming crew over at Diddly Squat. However, it's not looking good for the farm shop - which faces closure by the council in series three.
"I was going to take one for the team literally," she said. "You pay so much in business rates, taxes, then you give it to them and they use it to fight to close you down. "We got such bad heartburn from it, it was the worst thing! So now we swap it and it's fine - and other farmers don't get heartburn from ours. There's a really weird thing going on with the lambs, but it doesn't happen with any other animal."
