Jenna Bush Hager spoke about her son’s first day of school on Wednesday’s episode of “Today With Hoda and Jenna.” Jenna Bush Hager gushed over her son, Hal Hager, on his first day of school before pointing out his resemblance to her dad, former President George W. Bush .The proud mom shared a photo of Mila, 11, Poppy, 9, and Henry “Hal”, 5, posing with first-day-of-school signs.
Jenna, 42, looked more at the sweet picture and joked that he looked “miserable,” but he’ll be “fine.”Jenna quipped that her youngest child looks like her “father in a 5-year-old body,” referring to the former president, pictured here in 2021.The broadcast personality also shared a photo of her daughters, Mila and Poppy, posing with Hal on their first days of school.
This is not the first time Hal’s resemblance to Jenna’s dad and her grandfather, also former President George H.W. Bush, has been brought to light. Fans pointed out just how much they all looked alike when Hal8Just moments before Jenna’s shoutout, Kotb had also raved about sending off her two daughters –– Haley, 7, and Hope, 4 –– to their first day at their new school.
