Around January 2021, Sudeikis and Wilde agreed to engage in group therapy with Genaro to address the"emotional toll" of their situation, the lawsuit states. Genaro alleges that"her termination was because of her disability of anxiety/depression, and for seeking the reasonable accommodation of a three day leave of absence for same," the lawsuit said.
