Asia-Pacific stocks mostly climbed Tuesday, Aug. 29, as the Hong Kong and Japanese markets climbed for the second day.
Among the Hang Seng Index constituents, real estate services/transactions company Country Garden Holdings 2007, +12.35% saw the largest increase Tuesday, as shares surged 12.3%. Shares of integrated banks firm HSBC PLC 5, -0.43% and food products company Tingyi Cayman Islands 322, dropped 0.4% and 0.0%, respectively.
