The Scottish comedian admitted she had a 'tough night' as she continues to battle terminal cancer.
Janey Godley has taken to social media to provide her fans with another update on her health, as she continues her fight against incurable cancer. Janey admitted she had a "tough night" following her recent round of treatment for the disease.
She wrote to her 290k followers: "Need cheering up. Had a tough night, after my cancer treatment infusion yesterday. Neck hurts for no reason and the neuropathy in my toes is actual hell - send me pet pics here’s mine Lots of love," alongside a heart emoji. Fans soon flooded the comments with photos of their pets and other adorable furry animals which soon saw the Glasgow comic trending on the social media platform.Another fan shared a photo of their late Maltese dog, and added: "This is Finn. He crossed the rainbow bridge in January and miss him everyday. We are with you. keep up your battle Janey. Continue your journey. Feel the love and support from all of us. Blessings.
It comes as Janey shared a positive update with her fans last month after getting the all-clear in her latest cancer scan. She explained that she would be 'living life in three-month increments' as she thanked the NHS and Beatson Cancer charity for all their support.
