Glasgow comedian Janey Godley is making the most of her time on tour despite having to schedule in chemotherapy appointments between shows.
The 62-year-old is currently being treated for ovarian cancer, bravely undergoing gruelling chemo treatment just hours before getting on stage in some cases. The Glasgow born funny woman has vowed to remain positive as she is determined to make the most of "what’s left of my life on this tour".Taking to Instagram she wrote: "I might have incurable ovarian cancer but I am having the time of what’s left of my life on this tour.
Janey recently spoke out about her journey telling fellow Glaswegian Lorraine Kelly she is determined to keep fighting, adding that she is not a "human advent calendar" with many asking her "how long she has left".
