Jamie Carragher has given his verdict on this season's Champions League winner, which inclcuded a jibe towards Manchester City
Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher couldn't help but aim a cheeky dig at Manchester City as he made his Champions League predictions.
"Right, Arsenal-Bayern. I'm going to go for European experience, I'm going to go for Bayern,” Carragher told CBS Sports ahead of Tuesday’s games, as reported by the Mirror. In February 2023, Man City were hit with 115 charges by the Premier League for allegedly breaching financial rules over a nine-year span. The club have denied any wrongdoing and a date has been set for an independent hearing.
