The first hotel to open in the City of Delta in decades is welcoming guests this week
Located next to the interchange of highways 99 and 17A, the new hotel complex opened today , said Jeff Krivoshen, CEO for P.R. Hotels Management Ltd., in an update to the Optimist.
For 007 enthusiasts, the hotel’s rooms are not just numbered but also named after characters from James Bond films. For example, the “Camille” board room comes from Quantum of Solace , while the “Madeleine” conference room comes from Spectre and No Time To Die . “We are very excited to open this new Delta Hotels by Marriott hotel after constructing it over the course of the last 17 months. It only stands to reason that the biggest and best hotel in Delta, B.C. would be a Delta Hotels by Marriott. It truly is one of the most iconic hotel brands in Canada,” said Krivoshen.
Pavel Randhawa, director of sales, said no details have been overlooked and the fact that it is adjacent to the Cascades Delta casino and conference centre, and their associated restaurants, is icing on the cake.
