Jada Pinkett Smith has shared her reaction to Chris Rock’s jokes about her in his stand-up special Jada Pinkett Smith felt ‘so hurt’ by Chris Rock mocking her in his Netflix comedy special, after the infamous Oscars slap he suffered from her estranged husband Will Smith. The King Richard actor, 55, stormed the stage at the Academy Awards in 2022 after the comedian, 58, made a joke about Jada’s alopecia, warning him: ‘Keep my wife’s name out of your f***ing mouth.
Everybody in here has been cheated on. None of us have ever been interviewed by the person that cheated on us on television. None of us. … Why the f**k would you do that s**t? She hurt him way more than he hurt me, okay?’ The comments didn’t go down well with Will either, who at the time was said to be keen for Grown Ups star Chris to ‘let it go’.
