MILAN: Chinese sales at Italian fashion group Aeffe rose 24 per cent in the first half of January, its chairman said on Wednesday, expressing confidence about the performance of the region in the remainder of the year.
"The year started very well ... then we saw a new slowdown at the beginning of February, but we believe that in the coming months China will be again a very important market," Chairman Massimo Ferretti said after the fashion show of one of Aeffe's brands, Alberta Ferretti, in Milan.
