An unwelcome guest — aka a downpour — didn't stop Taylor Swift's red lipstick from performing.
Yesterday, Taylor Swift performed in Lyon, France, another stop on the European leg of her Eras tour. But there was an unwelcome guest at the show — a downpour that soaked the pop star and all of her fans at the outdoor venue. While many would find this experience reason to call off the show, not Swift. While she continued to dance and sing through each of her eras , her signature red lip was performing, too.
Swift has been wearing a ruby red lip… well, since her Red era. Vogue got the first scoop that her signature lip for the “Bejeweled” music video came from Pat McGrath’s incredible make-up collection. Swift wore her LiquiLUST Legendary Wear Matte Lipstick in Elson 4. It’s believed that it’s her signature shade – seeing her through everything from Super Bowl smooches to rainy performances. At the end of the damp show, Swift thanked her fans for dancing in the rain with her.
