The IT Architect – Business and Data plays a crucial role in driving strategic business transformation within the Company. This position is responsible for overseeing key deliverables such as business capability models, business capabilities, and value streams. The IT Architect – Business and Data leads the architecture of new organizations or re-architecting aspects of existing business operations and capabilities.
A key responsibility is setting data architecture principles and creating enterprise models of data that enable the implementation of the intended business architecture. This includes developing strategic data architecture models showcasing key data entities and creating an inventory of data required to realize the architecture vision. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Information Technology/Computer Science or a related field, coupled with 8-10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Leadership and Domain Architecture for both Data and Business. The IT Architect – Business and Data will collaborate closely with the Head of Enterprise Architecture (EA) to establish robust governance, particularly within the realm of business architecture. They will develop and monitor the Business Architecture Vision, Capability Model, Business Process Modeling, and Value Streams for the Company. Furthermore, the role involves collaborating with stakeholders and architects (applications, technology, security) to select appropriate reference models and define baseline and target business architecture descriptions.
