Helen Zille has been very consistent in saying that the ANC must realise that the DA is a crucial partner in the GNU. This crucial role earns DA's Zille the status of being the parole officer, who is supervising and watching like a hawk every move president Ramaphosa will be making. And that parole officer role is currently being exercised in the tug of war over who and how many will be part of the blue light brigade - Cabinet positions.
