Iranian Regime Criticizes Removal of Ilhan Omar From Foreign Affairs Committee.

After her removal from the House Foreign Affairs Committee, the Iranian regime is sticking up for Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN). 🤡

In practice, that’s the way clearances work anyway. You can’t walk into the “classified fileroom” just because you have a clearance. You can only work with material relevant to programs you’ve been assigned to work on.

All a clearance really means is that you’re safely available “for hire” to someone who needs work done on classified stuff. At one of my employers, I knew technicians who were “cleared to” work at the agency that dare not speak its name, in case they were needed but never actually got called up.
