Benjamin Cremaschi is rapidly emerging in the MLS and could represent USMNT or Argentina at international level.
Benjamin Cremaschi might be prepared to side-step his conversation with Inter Miami captain Lionel Messi when making a key decision over his international future.
Surprisingly, both players started on the bench. Messi was summoned with half-an-hour to play before Cremaschi got 20 minutes under his belt. Miami were much-changed for that regular season game after back-to-back heroics in cup matches over the last few days. September will, also, be an important juncture for Cremaschi at international level. Although the rising starlet was born in the United States - earning his first USMNT call-up for two upcoming friendlies - he remains eligible to play for Argentina and will be so even if he makes his debut against Uzbekistan or Oman next month.
