Their time management was poor, he felt, calling multiple whistleblowers who he said retold a similar story with no proof.Perry and Johnson, both lawyers, respectfully tussled over whether to convict. Johnson said he was looking holistically at the entire picture, while Perry pointed to what he saw as a lack of proof.
