Inside the Lancashire home on sale for £40k that 'looks like Resident Evil'
An East Lancashire property ripped straight from computer game series Resident Evil has hit the market leaving house hunters horrified.
The grim pictures show black marks covering the home and counter tops of the kitchen and a thin drape over the singular living room window. There were also black marks on the floor and furniture askew along with smashed windows and leaflets for Domino's on the floor. The state of the house led some to believe it was horror-movie material. One Twitter user left stunned by the state of the property wrote: "When estate agents make horror movies".
But why bother with VR when one homeowner could live the real experience? For those brave enough to view this listing and scroll through the many interior photos provided, the property also appears to include a lack of ceiling and a pile of clothes. A very brief brochure entry gives limited detail on the property on Garden Street, whose price starts at £40,000 and would be ideal for, as one Twitter user wrote: "people with imagination and love DIY."
