Prince William has revealed that he has a mental health 'toolbox' to help him cope with his thoughts and feelings and added that his friends and family have a special role to play
Over the years, mental wellbeing has emerged as a subject close to the hearts of the Prince and Princess of Wales, with Prince William using World Mental Health Day on Tuesday, 10 October to speak about his mental health “toolbox”.
For royal fans, 41 year old William’s words may sound familiar as some of the coping mechanisms mentioned have been associated with the Princess of Wales in the past. Meanwhile, the mum-of-three is also said to be a fan of ‘forest bathing’, which refers to spending time outside in wooded areas, with the wellbeing practice inspiring her Back To Nature garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2019.
