In August, during the season finale of the Mzansi Magic reality series, Vuyokazi revealed she was expecting. This came shortly after the 22-year-old aspiring polygamist’s second girlfriend, Tirelo Kale – also a cast member in the show – gave birth to their first baby together earlier in the year. Sharing snaps of their baby shower and gender reveal, Vuyokazi wrote: “We can’t wait to meet you little king. Lol, when I found out I was having a boy I cried. . I want to give a special thanks to my best friend @thandilekonco for this amazing baby shower. I love you so much. I will never forget this special day.”When Vuyokazi announced her pregnancy, an excited Mpumelelo said that he was advised to impregnate her again.

“We’re growing the family. We know what we’re on this earth for. I was advised to impregnate her again. My mom needs to relax. My father is going to be happy. This is technically our first child with Vuyokazi. Mhlophekazi is actually my parents’ child. So this is our first child,” Mpumelelo said on the show.

Indeed, his father was happy, as he wrote on Instagram: “Thank you so much for making sure that our surname lives forever. We love you Maka Mhlophekazi and we will continue to pray and support you that you are part of this family.”
