A two-week inquiry into OceanGate's Titan submersible details some horrid revelations about the ill-fated trip.
The US Coast Guard is conducting a hearing into why OceanGate’s Titan mission to the Titanic failed last year killing five.The inquiry will call on former OceanGate employees and contractors over the course of the next two weeks.

The inquiry will see former OceanGate employees and contractors answering questions posed by the US Coast Guard. So far testimonies have put chief executive officer of OceanGate, Stockton Rush, in the worst of lights. Based on what has been said, the CEO wasn’t very good at taking criticism or advice from engineers. Several engineers have said they warned Rush about the strength of the hull only for those warning to seemingly go ignored.
