At about noon Sept. 7, the victim returned to the fairgrounds and found that several of the inflatables had been cut with a sharp object. The damaged inflatables included a double slide, obstacle course and castle bounce.A Grayton woman was cited Sept. 9 because her dog had been barking all day. By this time, police had already received multiple calls from neighbors about the barking dog and had visited the dog owner several times.
The victim said he had parked his vehicle at about 11 a.m. Sept. 10 on East Bridge to attend the Berea Arts Fest. When he returned at about 1 p.m., he noticed that his vehicle had three scratches.
