The court heard a motorist called police shortly after noon on Feb. 27 about a white Ford Escape swerving “all over” St. Clair Parkway and running a red light. After pulling him over, the officer noticed Coleman had “droopy” eyes while his speech and movements seemed slow. He was arrested and taken to headquarters, where an officer trained in recognizing signs of drug impairment concluded he was on a narcotic.Article content
