Enter “The Dr. Seuss Experience,” which boasts of sold-out runs in previous markets such as Chicago and Toronto. It features interactive, boldly colorful environments — think re-created Dr. Seuss scenes, a balloon maze and more — and costumed characters available for selfies and commemorative pictures.
“Visitors will step inside the narratives of treasured Dr. Seuss books like ‘The Cat in the Hat,’ ‘Horton Hears a Who!,’ ‘The Lorax,’ as well as several other timeless classics,” according to a press statement for the event. The centerpiece is an interconnected maze of thousands of suspended balloons inspired by the artwork from ‘Oh, The Places You’ll Go!,” organizers wrote. “The Denver run will also premiere new and noteworthy additions to the Experience including an augmented reality scavenger hunt companion app, available free to guests who wish to further enhance their visit.”
