Singapore-based insurtech Igloo has forged partnerships with Zalopay, Lotte Finance, FE Credit, and digital insurer OPES to extend insurance coverage to underinsured communities in Vietnam.

In partnership with Lotte Finance, Igloo will introduce two new products: Income Protection Insurance and Car Physical Damage Insurance. Amidst the economic downturn in the region, Income Protection Insurance offers vital financial security against job loss due to unforeseen circumstances, addressing the need to sustain livelihoods amidst widespread layoffs and salary reductions.
