IEC orders DA to publicly apologise to De Lille sabcnews
The DA was found to have violated the IEC’s electoral code of conduct after it spread false information about De Lille, who it said was fired from her job as mayor.“They know exactly what to stop saying against each other.
This is exactly about what party’s do when they sign to that electoral code. It’s not necessarily about legalities; it’s about the party’s agreeing to be amicable towards each other to be respectful towards each other and in this case the DA feels that it is within its own right to continue with amounts to a negative campaign image against De Lille.”
