Here's what you need to know
The supermarket is recalling a batch of its Iceland Ready Cooked Diced Chicken Breast due to the possible presence of raw, uncooked chicken.
Customers who have purchased the product in question are urged to return it to their nearest Iceland supermarket for a refund. A receipt is not required.In a statement, Iceland said: "We are taking the precautionary measure of recalling this batch of the above product because some packs may contain raw chicken which may pose a food safety risk. Only the Best Before Date listed in this notice is affected.
Point of sale notices will be displayed in all stores that are selling the product. These notices explain to customers why the product is being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the product. For more information read the full recall notice here.
