'I was fined £100 for pulling into a car park while having a fit at the wheel'
Imran Mohammed Naz, 44, was fined £100 over just 13 minutes of parkingHowever, parking company Excel parking insist that this was three minutes over the limit and that the fine is justified.
According to Mr Naz, he was in traffic when he felt himself go into "a hypo" which meant his blood sugar was too low, a common issue for diabetics.
