"I know their depot is incredibly full because I know people have gone there and there's just cages and cages filled with parcels. I asked for a redelivery of my item and thought it would manage to come, but it still hasn't arrived so I've got my refund for it now." "I've never noticed that before, because usually it just arrives and I've never actually had a problem with Evri before. I still haven't received that and I've got COVID so I can't really go out anywhere, plus supermarkets aren't selling summer clothes so I need to order them online.
Ruth Holgate had been waiting for a parcel that she ordered and was informed had arrived at her local depot on 27 November. She was told that after it arrived, it had been delayed and to find out its location, the seller had been in touch with Evri's customer services.
