Poundland's Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum Cream dupe costs just £2.50 compared to the luxury brand's £36 pot, but is it as good?
I reckon Sol de Janeiro’s Brazilian Bum Bum Cream is one of the most duped beauty products ever. The original came out in 2015, but last year was when it really made it big, thanks to TikTok mostly.
The trouble is, the collection sold out almost immediately, and pots of the body butter are being sold on eBay for five times their original price. Photo credit : Charlie Bond The scent Both the Sol de Janeiro and Poundland body creams have notes of salted caramel, and at first sniff they did smell pretty similar, although Poundland’s was a bit sweeter.
