Nottingham isn't short of a good pub or two not only in the city centre but further afield too. There are many pubs that are well worth a short train or bus ride to get to if you fancy a break from your usual boozers.
Not only was the pint reasonably priced at £4.50, but we were also delighted to find a selection of homemade cobs on offer starting from 80p. Given it was Thursday afternoon, we thought we had better order one in order to be able to balance the booze before possibly returning to work. "It's great as we got to the final in 2014 which was an achievement but we've managed to keep it going. It's down to the breweries that deliver all the good beer and we pick out what our customers would like. The customers make the place feel really warm too for everyone whether they are strangers or not. Everyone is really happy with the pub," he shared.
