In any given episode, you can find her convict-turned-manicurist-turned-high-end-criminal Polly at her most devastating—a woman struggling with mental illness—or wonderfully lucid and basking in the joy of sex on an office desk. Preston’s performance on last year’s “’Til Death” episode, in which Polly and her dead twin Lillian dance for the last time side by side, is utterly heartbreaking. Give Preston her flowers.
