Christmas Eve may be a couple of days away, but there's still time to pull something together
Christmas Eve boxes have fast become a tradition in the UK, but it can often be the thing that parents leave until the last minute.
They come in various designs, from Disney princesses and Toy Story, to the Holly Jolly Christmas version which I picked up, featuring a festive scene and characters including Father Christmas, a snowman, a penguin and reindeer. I could have gone to town - they surprisingly still had quite a lot of Christmas pyjamas in stock - but my aim was to keep it cheap, well cheapish.
For that all-important bath time, another way of helping them wind down, I picked up a Merry Fizzmas bath fizzer for £1.50. If you've got a number of children to buy for, these were in Asda's 3 for 2 section alongside numerous other little festive gifts.
