Then it nearly all falls apart in episode two, when you realize that Weil doesn’t have as firm a command of his ideas as it initially seemed. Weil gets things under control in later episodes, but it remains hard to trust the show, as one never knows where a lame line of dialogue is lurking, or when a yet another interesting character will be left underdeveloped in favor of an action sequence or a quippy gag.
