THE parents of Scotland's First Minister joined a pro-Palestine rally condemning the recent fighting in Gaza.
Humza Yousaf’s mother Shaaista Bhutta and father Muzaffar Yousaf joined hundreds in George Square on Saturday in protest at Israel's retaliation to Hamas attacks across the UK this weekend.
A gathering in London attracted a crowd of thousands, with police warning in advance that anyone showing support for militant group Hamas could face arrest. It comes as Palestinians began a mass exodus from northern Gaza after Israel’s military told them to evacuate ahead of an expected ground invasion.
