He will tell party members in Aberdeen they should ‘concentrate not on the how but on the why’ of the case to leave the UK
The First Minister will tell party members in Aberdeen they should “concentrate not on the how, but on the why” of the case to leave the UK in a sign that he accepts there is not going to be a referendum any time soon. The funding will be channelled into efforts to reduce inpatient and day-case lists, with Mr Yousaf claiming the policy could cut the number of people waiting for treatment by 100,000 by 2026.
On the opening day of the conference, the SNP leader urged supporters to put the debate over independence behind them and “move on from talking about process to talking about policy”.
