Springbok forwards coach Daan Human is hoping to see an improved performance from his charges in the scrum battle when they face the All Blacks in their second Rugby Championship game at the Cape Town Stadium on Saturday.at Ellis Park 31-27, they did not get as much dominance at scrum time as they would have liked, as a fierce battle saw a pretty even contest between the two packs.“We had our review and we feel there’s a lot we can work on and improve on.
“You know what the lekker thing about Pieter-Steph du Toit is? He played at No 4, 5 and 7. As a prop, I’m not sure if he’s there yet, but we will work on that,” said Human with a laugh.
